3. Composite bonding

During the procedure, the dentist roughens the tooth with a unique solution. This step is done to make it easier for the composite to bond with the tooth. The resin is then applied to the tooth, and it is molded into the desired form. It is then hardened with ultraviolet light.

Pros:

• An affordable solution.
• Virtually impossible to detect.
• The entire process takes less than an hour.

Cons:

• Not as long-lasting as other solutions.
• Can only be used to address a limited number of dental issues.
• Additional bonding will be required down the road to maintain the appearance of the tooth.
